It seems like you dont have a BIS data plan on your account, same thing happend to me. Call your service provider, if you already ahev a data plan make sure your on a BLACKBERRY data plan. If no data plan then thats your problem right there.....even though it can use WIFI, you need a blackberry data plan to access things like the MSN application,FACEBOOK application etc. Uninstalling and reinstalling is not going to do anything.
