Hello guys....

I just downloaded MSN Live Messenger on Bold. But when im tried to log in, there's message 'Service not enabled for this handheld'.

Anyone has any solution ? Appreciated.

Sound like it's an application issue... where did you download the MSN Messenger for the BOLD? Please reply the method you've used to download it.

Try removing and reinstall again
Option >> Advance Option >> Application
Highlight Live Messenger >> Menu >> Delete

It seems like you dont have a BIS data plan on your account, same thing happend to me. Call your service provider, if you already ahev a data plan make sure your on a BLACKBERRY data plan. If no data plan then thats your problem right there.....even though it can use WIFI, you need a blackberry data plan to access things like the MSN application,FACEBOOK application etc. Uninstalling and reinstalling is not going to do anything. Its possibleyou have a data plan but need to activate it.

If you have a data plan and haven't called your carrier, call them and make sure its activated.
