Exclamation Spec Questions for 8320 and 8330

Please Login to Remove!

What is the maximum expandable memory for these models? 4GB? 8GB?

How long does the battery last if you play videos on these models?

Are there any 3rd party add ons that would allow you to edit and save office documents?

I can not decide if I want to buy this phone or an iphone.

Thank you.

It's not really "expandable." You can add memory cards for storage of media and other files, but you can't install applications to the cards.

The 8320 supports up to 4Gb and the 8330 will support 8Gb. When OS 4.5 comes out it will support 8Gb and up!

eOffice will allow you to edit and save documents. Also, Documents to Go is coming with the OS 4.5 upgrade that is coming and will allow editing of office documents.

What about battery life when you watch videos? Does anyone know?

Expansion is another way of saying adding memory. I know it does not install applications to the card. I am not sure why you thought I meant that.

Thank you for the heads up about 8GB. That is cool.

Is the jury still out on battery life when you play movies?

Default Battery Life Answer

I bought an extended battery and it lasted for a 6 hour plane ride of movies. It probably would last even longer. It is a good investment if you take long flights and do not want to be limited to the airlines movie selections.
