Hello, Anyone else using docs to-go? I recently upgraded to os 4.5 on my 8120 and was very excited about the docs to go app. I can create and send word docs but incoming docs don't work. Of the two I have tried, (both word docs) One was unable to be viewed from my device and the other produced a bunch of boxes with question marks. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea what to do? Any help would be appreciated.

Go into the app and select upgrade. Make sure you download the free upgrade. Were these files created by office 2007?

I did the free upgrade, The doc that appeared as boxes with ?, was created on office 07. I dont know version was used to create the one that couldnt be viewed.

Ok, this only happens when I open a word doc with text boxes. Is word togo not compatible with text boxes?
