Hello all. My Calendar "Keep Appointments" option is set to "Forever". I have never had a problem with this option. I sync all items daily with Outlook.

Over the last couple days, the sync has told me that XX items in Outlook will be deleted. I was curious, since I had not deleted any items on the BB. Come to find out, my BB is deleting some very old entries, looks like entries between 2 and 2.5 years old.

As a test, yesterday I cleared out all calendar entries on the BB, synced again, and verified that ALL entries were on the BB, even the entries between 2 and 2.5 years old. Well, sometime last night, the BB again deleted those entries. They are gone this morning.

I tried a battery pull before yesterday's test also. I am running OS 4.5.0.42, and have been running that for a few weeks now.

Any ideas?

Do I think it could be a memory issue?

I know that would be the issue if we looking at emails.

Thanks for the reply, but I doubt memory is the problem. I haven't lost any call logs or messages, and my available memory has been 12MB or higher at all times.

mine does this as well from time to time...not really sure why to be honest...
