It should be for all 3. GW I bet is going to be delayed. But that is normal from RIM.

Just to clarify, does this means that with 4.1 SP6, HTML email is now supported in an Exchange production environment?

Rich text emails only works on Domino 7.02 and up. This really sucks.

Since 4.1.6 supports OCS 2007, does anyone know which Blackberry Enterprise Messenger client is needed to use OCS?

Nope. It says to temporarily assign them a static mailbox agent, and then change it back to dynamic.

For info, "back in the day" when this was a major problem for us, I tried all sorts to get the user working again. ONLY rebooting the BES server would get it to see the user's mailbox.

YMMV.

I understand that, but I still would like to find the article they reference. When they tell you to read a particular kb article, it'd be nice if they actually posted it. I'm assuming they are not doing something like only making it available for the T3+ knowledge base.

There is a mention of an OOO fix in SP5 MR1. Not sure if this resolves the OOO being referred to.

I believe you can use the 2.0 client off of the BB website, but I may be wrong.

I read in the release notes something about a 2.1.10 client but I am unable to locate it, T-Support said it wasn't available yet, and they were not sure if the 2.0 client would work with https
