Here's a weird one....

Uninstalled all add-on apps and upgraded to this OS. Then I reformatted my media card. Now my trackball doesn't light at all. If I reinstall ColorPearl, it works correctly (default functionality, not Color Pearl functionality). I checked in Applications after removing ColorPearl, and it is not listed there. It is also not showing through the DM. Anybody have a clue how I can revert it so it works normally without ColorPearl?

Default A2DP support?

So who has the a2DP support in the new firmware? The upgrade went well.

I am trying to use the new feature I have been waiting for. i have a BTH-820.
That I know is a2DP.

I now get an error message
<bluetooth logo> profile disabled by user action

So I can't get the bluetooth headset working with stereo.

Any hints?

I found it. In bluetooth settings if you have it disabled,

You now have a setting for bluetooth to enable the perl as a audio source. Which was not here before!

Now it works fine and finds the BHT-820 fine! Yeah! now I can put het earphones further from the phone and not make the horrible noise as the phone checks the network...

Many people covered the white led with tape...could that be the case with yours? Also, the keyboard and pearl will only light up when it's dark enough in the room. Put your thumb over the led/light sensor in the top right corner and make sure it lights up.

Does anyone know if the bluetooth issues have been fixed with this release?

Also, can I still use JDE 4.2 for my app development and if not, will those apps that I created in 4.2 still work?

May not be related to the OS. I am assuming SIMS can get fried for other reasons!

It's likely that .37 was used for a while, too. Even so, the device that had most of the problems was the 8320.
