Hi,

I am new to the bb experience and I am definitely in heaven. I decided to download the Pocketday Trials for Professional and List today and now I am having an issue. The hourglass keeps coming up on the bb. Which means I have to wait until the hourglass goes away before making my next entry or read emails or whatever. I have already done a battery pull and that isn't helping. Since I am a newbie I have not downloaded any beta copies of OS and I am still running the 4.2.xxx that came on my 8820. Also, Pocketday is the only application I have installed on my BB (besides what came on it originally).

Has anyone else ever had the problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I appreciate the feedback!

fyb87 - every time you have an issue with PocketDay use the built in support email link. I think you will be extremely pleased with the level of customer support you will get. I downloaded PD from the store when I purchased my BB and have used it regularly.
