Hi, im getting my blackberry via e bay in a few days, no micro sd card is included nor the beginner cd. I know that eventually i will get a micro sd card but I am wondering if any of these are absolutely necessary for beginning use, Thanks.

No...until you want to load it up with media (pics, ringtones, music)........I would not try and choke your berry memory until you get the sd card...........

You can (if you are on a PC) download the desktop manager to simplify things.........

Hey micro SD card may not be required in the very beginning. I say you get close to max'ing out your memory for what you have right now... And then getting a card. Now if you plan on using your bb to store and listen to music... then yes, you may want to get a card sooner than later. Of if you wish to store lots and lots of pictures.
