Anyone have good websites for FREE cool sound effect ringtones? Does anyone have cool sound effect ringtones they can send me?

I think that limewire is a great source for music, movies, ringtones..........and it is FREE...

if you do not wanna leave limewire on your PC.....just uninstall it after.......it is SIMPLE to use....

It's has all kinds of ringtones...including sound effect.

The Limewire network has a lot of viruses and trojans. Beware. There are plenty of safe, free sites for ringtones. Look in the media center section here and use the Search feature.

Well......After 350 gigs+ I have NEVER had viral issues there........guess I got lucky......350 gigs in a row......

If you have a nice collection of songs, you should give it a good listen and see what 20-second segment would make a good ringtone. Then, use Audacity (Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder) to snip it and put it on your BB.

True, the internet does have a lot of viruses and trojans, but p2p networks have them in higher concentration. There is no AV that is 100% effective all the time because new malware is being released every day. AVs have documented 3,000 or more new strains of malware on a daily basis this year.

The amount of new malware that appeared in 2007 increased tenfold with respect to the previous year

The two that i have got a lot from are The MovieWavs Page - Wavs Mp3s Movie Quotes Movie Sounds Movie Wavs and Bubby's WAV Archive Both great websites and you can download the stuff right onto your pc and then drop them on your BB. The second site has sound effects as well as movie, tv and stuff like that. Two very cool and easy to use sites.

Just google for a specific ring tone and you'll get plenty. Is there something you are looking for?
