Problem with 8110 (mms related) Please Help!!!

So i'm having a problem with my blackberry pearl 8110 in which i can send mms's to others and they receive them, but when i am sent one the phone shows the symbol for send/receive twice and it never goes thru. I've tried nearly everything, battery pull, deleted event log, even contacted AT&T and they were at a loss, so this is a last resort. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or anything to try. Thank you for your time!
Also: My data plan is unlimited m2m sms and mms and 200 other.
