I thought I would transfer one phone # to address book, but all sim phone #'s went to it. How do I delete all the address book to start all over. I have tried over and over. I really don't want to do it one by one

I just want to erase it on my BB address book. Sorry if this is simple but I am alittle challenged at this stuff.
