How can I transfer PIN messages on my BB to another BB device?

The old BB is a 8870 and the new one is a BOLD.

I have a BES server.

Agreed. You can use the switch device wizard within Desktop Manager. Unless that's all you're after, then you can do a backup of the old device, and selective restore of just the components you want to the new device.
