Default My blackberry 8310 keeps crashing..

Please Login to Remove!

I already called warranty and they are sending out a new one but anyone have any idea as to what is going on? Anything I can do to get it to stay on for a little while?

About a week ago it started where when I would take a picture the flash wasnt working. Then 3 nights ago when I took a picture the flash would go on and stay on and the phone would freeze and screen would stay black. Only way to turn it off and back on was to take battery out and put it back in. Then last night I was listening to music and the whole thing just shut off, only way to put it back on was to take battery out and put it back in. Now everytime I can get it to go on as soona s i do something in it the whole thing crashes again. Any ideas?

Yes spending more money should be a last resort, reinstall the OS, or try a battery pull. A simple battery pull usually fixes most common problems.

I've pulled the battery about 50 times in the last 2 weeks. I'll try re-installing the OS.. i've never done it, but will see if I can find some instructions.

Thanks!

Hi Sonnybono...
Wow, news to me. I never saw this symptom and how it presents itself with a bad battery. Thanks for the update...!!
