I have an unlocked BB and it came with the T-Mobile Theme with the icons which I really like. I use Cingular as my carrier. I just upgraded the BB software to 4.0.2 and the only theme I have now it the Cingular with is a list instead of the icons.

Is there anywhere I can download the T-Mobile Theme???

I found where you can download all the themes and in there is the T-Mobile one. Go to article "Definitive guide to Installing 7100 and 7200 themes" and you will find the zip file and other ways to get back your T-mobile Theme.
