I've been trying to change my avatar pict for about 3 weeks now with no luck. I'll point the Avatar to a new pic, yet when I save, it appears the same as it always did. What the heck am i doing wrong?

Are you trying to upload a new avatar, from a website, your PC, or what?

Did you notice the restriction?
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 140 by 100 pixels or 640.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
