I woke up today and my phone had a white screen and it said jvm error 503, I've never heard of this before so I looked up info and people are saying I have to wipe the phone out and reinstall the OS for it to work again..

well, I downloaded the desktop manager, downloaded the program to wipe the phone, so now I have the 507 error right ?

So now I'm supposed to reinstall the OS I guess , I cant even connect my device, so I took the battery out and connected my phone.

and when I go to app loader or anything and it asks for the Pin and password.. well theres no pin in my list anymore, battery in or out, So how am i supposed to connect my phone to reinstall the device ?

Actually the pin and password are still on the device, even with the OS and applications deleted. Anyway...

Have you installed the Handheld OS for the 8100 onto your PC? You need to do that to reload the OS.
