What is the deal with v4.3 Desktop manager. I just got a new 8330 and have had nothing but problems with this software. I had a 8830 with version 4.2 desktop manager and had 0 problems. I am using the curve for work and am on BES. Is there another version that I should try?

DM 4.5 has been solid for me.

Try either 4.5 or 4.6 of DM. https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22

Tried both 4.5 and 4.6. When I connect the 8330 to the usb, the user interface of the Desktop Manager "greys out" and just hangs. When I used 4.3, the computer didn't even recognize when I plugged the blackberry in. I have an 8830 for personal use with v4.2 that has no problems.

I had problems wih 4.3 also. I removed all instances of DM and installed 4.5 and have not had any problems.

I did that and went and deleted the Research in Motion folder and everything works now. Thanks
