Work Summary: During this maintenance customers with Blackberry devices may be unable to send or receive email and PIN messages and using internet browsing. At the same time, BlackBerry Enterprise Servers may be disconnected from the BlackBerry Infrastructure.

Did they mess something up? I can't use BIS HTTP or TCP HTTP connections today. BIS HTTP gets a "Connection Timed Out" and TCP HTTP gets a "TCP read timed out". BIS and TCP socket connections are fine.
