BBerrySync 2.0 bugs and issues - looking for feedback

Has anyone tried the 2.0 version of their product? I'm having a dickens of a time trying to get this functioning properly. I have several support requests in for several issues although to date, I have not received any feedback.
Just wondering what experiences people are having if any. Not sure how popular this product is. I will say the interface is impressive but there are definitely quirks. Here is a short list:
1) Memos do not sync.
2) Tasks sync but reminders are not set.
3) Validating a BIS connection results in an IO exception. (I've even applied the manual BIS patch dated 11/13/2008 with no difference in behavior).
4) Creating a datamap file is rife with inconsistencies and two different errors on the device. USB and HTTP methods for creating the datamap file failed with errors. I was however able to create a datamap file on the device and pick it off my SD card when I had the BBerry connected.
There simply isn't a lot of confidence in this product thus far. It "seems" to be partially working but it's impossible to tell at this point.
