I read that many users say the .185 is the best update but where do I get it from? I tried the ATT website but couldnt find it anywhere..

That seems to be the consensus among many Bold owners, but I had several issues with .190 that returning to .185 solved.

No AT&T Cellular Video
No thumbnails in my Pictures folder.
3G was not stable. Dropped into 2G/Edge much more frequently.
Windows Live Search would not work.

Everyone's mileage may vary.
