You could possibly will receive it before then, but that is worse case scenario. Verizon is giving far out dates like that so they can easily exceed it. |

This is my first VWZ phone. I have a Sprint HTC Mogul from work. So I added a line for myself, But this is the 4th phone this year I have gotten for the wife....she's making me lose my mind...lol |

my storm will be my 3rd ever phone once it arrives, i had a crappy prepaid phone for a year, then my pos motorola v325i, so i imagine the storm will be a hugee jump from what im used to, and i will be satisfied even if alot of "power users" on here have alot of negative things to say about it.

Just got off the phone with my vzw rep, got my tracking number through the phone, so i would suggest anyone that hasnt recieved a tracking # to just call because it seems like verizon's emails are hit or miss with whether you get one of not. He told me that it was shipped today and that it is expected dec. 2, so ill be waiting patiently. I ordered mine 11/22 at around 9pm

Understood, my wife is the complete opposite, she could care less about phones and would literally use them until they physically fell apart, but earlier this year I corrupted her and get her a blackberry too...lol |

I ordered mine in a store on 11/24. I just called the 800# and they gave me the fedex tracking number and says it will be here on 12/1. So it only took a week with the holiday.

FWIW, I ordered my unit last Sunday (11/23) in store and just received my shipping information at 7:30 Sunday (11/30) morning.
Shipment is coming out of West Chester, PA. So, that made me wonder if everyone's Storms are being shipped out of PA or if the answer to the strange order in which things are being filled has to do with where you live. I live in NJ.

Lets hope so. I dont understand how VZ did not anticipate the demand. I think making people wait for 2 weeks for a brand new product that they are making such a big hoopla about launching is bizarre. |
