Have any of you noticed that the back of the device falls off quite easily? Any suggestions on how to remedy it?

Thanks guys.

Some of our devices have that problem. the easy fix is to wedge a small piece of paper in between body and that button. This will allow the back to *snap* back on.
The hard fix is to order a new bezel with buttons from somewhere like cnn.cn.
This comes with new bottom button and so far all of those (3) have worked for me.

Mine first one had that problem...you just had to tap the bottom and it fell off or opened up no matter how hard I tried to get it to lock. Talked to ATT on the phone and since we didnt know if it was the "phone" side or the back cover they just sent me a new phone (funny, they'd rather do that then just send me a cover to try).

Anyway, got the new phone and it stays on Solid...also flip flopped covers and the new one was solid on both phones..the original fell off both. Just a minor defect in the little clip on the bottom of the cover and I even starred at it and couldnt see the difference...

So..I suspect they just need to replace your back cover and problem solved (or you can always buy one online in some pretty color

Make sure you hing in the top first (tabs) and then press down all around till you hear the click so it's locked in place.

my first one I had was so hard to take off, i had to pry it off with my finger nails.. the bold i have now is pretty easy. doesn't fall off or anything that easy, i'd say it's normal. Although, it did come off when I dropped the phone on cement.. grrr
