When my phone is charging, there is no ring or alert sound when I receive a call or a txt. What to do to fix this?

Check to see if it is going into bedside mode (Clock-->Options) when it is charging.

I noticed this yesterday with mine. Go to Sounds (profiles) > go down to the bottom and choose Set Ring Tones/Alerts > choose Phone > then finally change the Vibration option to "In Holster Only".

Hope that helps. By the way, ignore what is selected as the Ring Tone on that same screen. If you have a custom ring tone selected, yours will override what's listed there.
