I have recently bought a blackberry bold and linked 2 email accounts to my phone.

I was getting email to my phone from both accounts and it has stopped for some reason.

Is there a send and recieve button on the blackberry?

What should I do?

Hotmail can be temperamental sometimes. I would start by resending your service books. That usually fixes the problem.

how do you resend a service book and what is a service book, sorry i am a novice, lol.

Click on the Setup app. Select Personal Email set up. You will see your email account(s). It says Edit, delete, etc. under the email address. Scroll down and you come to a hyperlink called Services and Settings. Select that and you will get a bunch of choices. The last one is Service Books. Select that one. It gives you the option to re-send the service books. Re-send them and you should get a message saying Service books successfully resent.
