Try going to Options>About Please Login to Remove! For the life of me I cannot get to the 'About' Section of my blackberry to view simple things like the OS and such. Anyone else having this problem. You must have removed VAD "Voiice Activated Dialing". It is a known side effect.

That I did. Ah well .. VAD is so annoying. Its ok, I can live without the ABOUT.
