Hi...

We just got our Nextel 8350 TA units yesterday and I setup my manager on the phone.
It does not have an antenna and the push to talk button is on the left side of the phone. Also, it has 4.6 OS!

First impression is it is a nice change from the At&t 8310 units we now have as standard. We have some of our business units on Nextel to utilize the push to talk feature.

Overall impression of Nextel chassis is the phone is fatter than the Bold but has the same physical size on height and width as the 8310. The depth is fatter probably to accommodate the radio functions. The roller button seems recessed farther into the phone than the 8310. The roller seems not as high as the 8310.
The 4.6 is a nice change! It has similar icons to the Bold 9000.

Will report later as the phone is on vacation now with my manager. I did not get a chance to take a picture and forgot to. We were busy setting and migrating his account from the BES to the new phone. Will update later...
