Here is a strange one. I was on a service provider in another country with BB service and had a BIS email address from them. I have been on Verizon now for 10 months since I got back to the US, but when I went to register the new Beta software for blackberrycool it lists email addresses to chose from and that old address is still there? I looked in Service Books and there is nothing there from that old service provider. I don't see an email folder on the dekstop for it either? Where could it be that the app found this extinct address? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

could it be something stored in an account profile on BlackBerry Cool perhaps?

If the email address is not showing up in your service books (even after resending them) then the email may have been entered when signing up for your account on the site previously.

Just a guess mind you .
