I cannot get the Blackberry Media Sync to work. When i click on it, all it will do is state that the installation failed to initialize. But if i click on Media Manager, it opens up. What gives? Any advice?

I have the same problem. I read it's because there's no patch to allow MAC (I have a Powerbook G4) and the Storm to sync right now. I hear it might be in the works.

I'm on a Vista PC, is this only for MAC users? I did get it to where it would install but at the end of the install it would crash and close the program. Now the little box to open the program is blacked out and only the other option is working. Any Suggestions?

You may need to reinstall DM and the Roxio app.

Yeah, I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the DM & Roxio with no luck. Are others of you using the Blackberry Media Sync?

Media Sync is a piece of crap.

I have Vista, and I have the same slugglishness from the program (when it works).

I just use the transfer file option that Vista pops up when I plug it in.
