All,

I have a user who every time he reads his mail keeps getting prompted for the more data available and as you know this causes a pause while it pulls it down.
Is there anyway to increase the buffer or auto pull down the whole mail ???

This is BES 4 SP3 on exchange.

Go into the message list and then push in the trackwheel and goto Options --> General Options --> Set Auto More to Yes.
