Anyway, plug your phone into the computer in mass storage mode.

Use the search feature for more details.

plug it in to your pc,
Drag the pictures from your phone onto your desktop.

The way I was able to get pictures out of my device memory was using DM with Roxio Media Manager. Plug into PC open up Roxio Media Manager>Click and drag or Cut and Paste to your desired PC Folder.
