Email icon I haven't seen before
Please Login to Remove!
I just noticed an email I recieved an hour ago. While looking at my messages, on the left hand side there is the envelopes showing what was read etc. I have an envelope with a key on it. Anyone know what this means?
Thank you in advance.

Voice Message?? or appt???
Go to messages
view folder and look in the folders and see if you find the item there.
You can also pull the battery and that may make the item go away depending on what it is

No. This is an email envelope icon in the messages folder. I'm pretty sure I made that clear in my post.

Are you sure it's a key and not a paperclip (attachment)?

Looks like there's an attachment that's password-protected. I have never gotten one myself but it's the only thing I can think of.

That was my first thought too rambo, so I tried creating a password protected PDF and Word Doc. Neither gave me the icon murpheous is getting. I have sent it to a friend on BES to see what they get.

Best guess would either be that the email has been either signed, or encrypted.
Either of those the case when you check it out on your pc?
