Default Can I wipe a BB from the desktop manager?

Please Login to Remove!

The screen stopped working and it seems to be a software issue. I want to re-install the software but the desktop manager is telling me that it is up to date. I can't wipe it from the handheld because the screen is not working. Do I have another option within desktop manager?

This is an 8800 on TMobile, thanks!

It's probably not just the screen that isn't working then. Does the BB do anything after a battery pull?

Red light comes on. When I plug it in it is recognized. Repair guy said the screen was OK and it was a software issue so I am trying to reset that...
