Default theme and software error!!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

hi,today i have downgraded my .219 to .210 i saw it back up everything from phone when it downgrading,after i have install the .210 i saw all my programs in download folder,instant messengerand all my paid theme are missing.i have load back my back up but still my theme and other software are not coming.can anyone hel me how to recover back all of it as the software and theme i paid for it.tq

my phone couldn't open any pdf file.........whats the problem would have encountered.....

Check Application Loader in your Desktop Manager. Are your missing themes and apps in the list of available applications?

there is no theme or pdf file reader category in application loader.all my other application are there suck ppt ,xls and other document software but this is not there at all.all my other software such as auto lock,capture it and other few softwares has been deleted from the phone.

Did you originally download them to your desktop or directly to your BlackBerry over the air? Might want to try to reinstall them via DM if you have the files on your desktop somewhere.

all the theme was download via blackberry over the air sir but i am just thinking why i cant read my pdf file when i did before this without any aftermarket software sir.tq
