im thinking of getting the bb bold or the 8900 cruve! (still deciding at the moment)

but in general does the BB have a software where i can download all my emails from different accounts i.e hotmail and yahoo!

something similar to outlook?!

That's the whole point of BlackBerry. You can download mail from up to 10 accounts.

COmes with built in email client.. Plus there are lots os other 3rd party applications available to handle emails
