Question Could not start camera issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone!

Anybody can help on solving this problem? When trying to activate the camera it shows an error screen saying "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again". There are no other applications open that may be using the camera. Anyway I closed them all and nothing happened. Already tried reseting the device!

By resetting, do you mean you pulled the battery?

Did you previously have a storage card on the device and you no longer have one inserted?

Do the battery pull, wait 30 sec or so. That solve the problem in my wife's BB 8220. it only happened once and never again

I didn't change anything in my telephone. I had a media card and still have.

Thanks
