Another brilliant tax idea by the government. Makes total sense as usual. Let's tax everyone by miles and negate anyone who bought a better mileage/lower emission vehicle. So they will tax a 3 ton pickup the same as a 2 seater, makes perfect sense. And don't even get me started with the GPS, big brother thing. I could see this creating a few jobs, though probably not the type of jobs the government would be thinking of. That guy who makes and sells a device to cheat the GPS system tracker somehow.
Why don't they look for ways to better spend the money they bring in from all the taxes being charged on everything already? You know, act like one of us would have to and live within our means. Do you ever hear them talk of that concept? I never seem to hear it.
