Have an email with a voice note (.amr) attached to it. How can you get it to play??

I guess no one else has users that attach voice recordings to email and then can't play them when they open it on the BB????

Have you done a battery pull?

You have the voice recorder on your BlackBerry? If so are you able to record something and play it?

can't play amr files
