my 8700c has not been responding to any inputs either by key pad or by track wheel.

the screen remains black.

restarted after removing battery, also re installed the Os, but no good.

gets detected on desktop manager .

any solutions plz......

Sounds like it may have gotten wet or otherwise broken.

Probably the LCD screen is defective.
