Is it my imagination, or will the scroll ball get stiff of stop sometimes, maybe due to programs using too much of the resources. Wife's curve quit "freezing" once I upgraded the micro SD to an 8GB from the original 1GB. Just curious. We are careful to keep the little suckers clean, and the problem can go away after a reset.

The trackball can be a bit "stiff" if there's dirt in the actual scroll mechanism. Happens more often with people who keep their phones in their pockets, which leads to potential lint build up.

As for "stopping," it can definitely lag sometimes if there's a lot of programs open or if the processor is in the midst of executing a command line.
