I know this is probably a simple fix but I've looked everywhere and can't find the answer. When my blackberry is synced and charging, I don't receive emails on it. I would like to change this so I have all emails on my wireless for later viewing and responding to.

Does anyone know where/how to change this setting? Thanks!

What do you mean 'synced and charging'? If you mean that it's connected to the BB Desktop Manager, I would suggest closing the desktop manager and just leaving it connected to USB for charging.

If you're saying it's just connected to a charger, then you need to check your Bedside Mode settings and make you don't have the option set to turn off the radio when it's in Bedside mode.

If you're on a BES there is a setting to stop re-direction when connected to the computer. It is under the "Email Settings" button in Desktop Manager.

That's strange.. I have never experienced it myself. My emails always keep coming even when it is charging.

OP, if you are on a BES, BBSpike has almost definitely given you the fix
