Just go myself the Bold and installed my carries's OS which is exactly the same version that the Bold had. One thing I dun understand is why does it still show Upgrade on the Action column for Blackberry4.6 Core Application when both OS are the same?

I'm currently using DM 4.6.

Have you removed any COD's, and does the App loader actually do an upgrade if you run it?

(This is a bug I've seen in DM 4.5... haven't messed with 4.6 or 4.7 much yet.)

Yes the App loader did run, I can see the little window popup and the upgrade process bar went from left to right and then it saids successful. Anyhow I installed DM4.6 and loaded the same OS on the desktop at home and it was perfect. Guess its a bug. Thanks for the input Steve. Cheers!
