. OK so cached mode does make things messier and causes more admin work but it doesn't cause us issues that we can't fix/work around. Like I say we run fine with cached mode (and without TS) :->.
If you call TS with an issue and switching off cached mode fixes it, ok that's it. But if it doesn't, they will fix the issue and you can go back to cached mode later. It's just like MS used to be with VMWare and Exchange (if we can prove the issue doesn't exist on a physical, box support ends, if we can't no probs).
