One email ID - multiple devices -- is it possible ?

Hi,
I have a peculiar situation which I am unable to solve. We have common account for the HR function of our Company, hosted on Google Apps. Three of our management team are able to access the account simultaneously via IMAP.
However, when we set up this account on BIS, only the first device gets mail sent to the account. The other two devices do not get the mail.
Is there any setting which is to be done specifically for this to happen ? BIS, incidentally recognizes this as a Google Apps Account -- therefore does not preset the input boxes for IMAP/POP servers etc.
Any help is welcome.
