For some reason my enterprise email stopped working today on my storm. I check the BES server and everything looks okay. I did a battery pull and it did not seem to help at all.
If you send a message to your BES account with <confirm> in the subject, do you get a delivery confirmation?

Have you tried resending the service books from the BES?
