From everything I have seen - No.
You definitely can not do it OTA.
You CAN download and save zip files to your PC of course by just renaming them or saving them in different folders however the files contained in the zip files will still me named the same thing so you will not be able to install both via DM because the 2nd install will want to overwrite the 1st install.
With that being said I am sure there are some conversion and file re-naming techniques that some of the forum Blackberry geniuses have at the beckon whim - but that was way more research than I cared to do for a theme!
