I did the stupid thing! Yesterday, my Berry was in its holster clipped to my pocket, I thought securely. However when I adjusted my shirt, it apparently caught under the clip and pushed the holster up, causing my poor Berry to fall to the pavement.

Fortunately, the holster was a thick Cellet, which I believe protected it somewhat.

The Berry did reboot itself right after the fall, but has been OK since.

What are the main problems I should watch out for?

If nothing has happened thus far you are probably fine (knock on wood). I think the most common drop hardware failure is the microphone not working (people can't hear you). I think your good!

Otterbox is great, and should offer you better protection for your BB.

it only rebooted once because the impact jarred the battery contact slightly.
