Go into SMS/mms then hit bb button. Choose options and general options scroll down til you see SMS and email inboxes change that to separate. Back out and save and your all set.

Elusive, I checked which programs I have for Blackberry and see 4. They are:
Blackberry Desktop Software 4.7
Blackberry Desktop Software for v4.7.0 Blackberry 9530 Smartphone 137 MB
Blackberry Desktop Software for v4.7.0 Blackberry 9530 Smartphone 135MB
Blackberry Media Sync

So, should I delete all 4 of these?

OK. After I did the seperatation of boxes, now when I open up an email and hit reply, I cannot send the message? It only gives me options like "select" and other non-sending options... Any ideas on that one?

Try this it's a long shot but don't know. Go to options then advanced options. Choose host routing table then hit bb button and choose register now. Back out and save if needed. If not shut down phone and pull battery. Then try email again let me know.

Yeah, didnt work unfortunately. It actually shut off my emails completely. Its odd cause I can receive emails, but they all go into the message folder and never into the individual accounts. Also, I can open them and read them in the messages folder, type the reply, but not actually send the reply... its odd.

Oh and when I discard an email, its just lets me discard it without asking about "On Hanheld" or "On Handheld and Account"

Like it does not recognize my accounts or something.

Wow im dumb. On delete prompt fix do this. Open email icon click bb button. Choose options and email reconciliation. Delete on should be set to prompt. Back out and save. That will fix the one issue your having.

Just upgraded from .75 or whatever operating system, and this one is a large improvement.

The only trouble is that I can no longer get online. The browser does not work. Any ideas?

HA, NEVER MIND! Decided to work now for now reason I guess, but I'm not complaining.
