I don't know why but theses last couples of month I had some problems viewing movies recorded by my curve. After choosing which one to play from the media interface, it will show Loading in green in the upper right corner before the red led flashing and the phone completly restarting. It doesnt do that with all the movies I record but its pretty strange.

Anyone else having that bug?

Mine does that periodically if it's sending/receiving a lot of data when I'm trying to play the video. If you have Google Maps running, try shutting it off while you play. If you still can't get the video to play, shut off all your connections before you play the video.

I have no data plan on the phone so its not an overcharge of data (and people never send me mms only sms and calls).

Note, it started a couple of month after I put 4.5 on the phone not right after
