We're planning on implementing a policy where our Blackberries with lock after X number of minutes, requiring a password. I don't currently have a spare phone to test with, so I was hoping someone could answer a quick question.

I assume the user will need to type their password to wake the phone in order to make a phone call. What about when receiving a call - will the password be required as well?

To make a call they will need to unlock the phone. When a call is coming in, they can answer the call without unlocking the device.
